And here’s a picture to tempt your appetite, a wrap my partner made the other day. It’s home made flat bread and pretty much everything in it is from our garden. Fresh eggs, herbs, pesto and roasted eggplants, tomatoes and capsicum. This end of the dry season is awesome for Mediterranean veg., but don’t worry the wet season produce to come is just as exciting!!!
