We had a beautiful lunch this Sunday with the residents of 99 and Trev. This is local pink grapefruit salad with buffallo riccotta, garden sweet leaf, spring onion, sprouts, mint and grated cucumber and a pinch of salt, a crack of pepper and olive oil – No recipe neccesary
Gianna cooked local Arafura prawns- a very special treat and we try to eat very little sea food. They were pan fried with garlic, lime juice, chilli and garnished with corriander
